Restaurant chains fail two ways on a shared POS. Either every branch rings on one company till and nobody can tell which store made the money, or each branch buys a different local system and HQ gets five Excel formats. QuickKOT’s answer for chains is Multi-Outlet — a distinct POS at every restaurant, one manager account at HQ.
Why “one POS for the whole chain” is the wrong shortcut
Centralised billing (one invoice, many kitchens) is excellent for a single property — a food court or a hotel with several restaurants. It is the wrong model for a chain of independent dining rooms: each restaurant usually has its own FSSAI, GSTIN, and menu; order numbers must not collide; a cashier in one city must not void a ticket in another.

Multi-Outlet keeps those walls. Each location is an outlet login with its own menu, postpaid bills, table map, order series, and bill header.
How QuickKOT helps the chain operator
One QuickKOT plan, one set of themes, one way to bulk-upload items. HQ still trains one product. Reports and Completed have a dropdown: HQ plus every outlet. Export is for the selected restaurant only. Outlet tickets are view-only from HQ — the branch runs service.

If two “restaurants” are really two kitchens inside one food hall and the guest expects a single bill, choose Centralised. If they are separate P&Ls with separate doors, choose Multi-Outlet. More: POS for restaurant chains.
