Complete Inventory Management

When Complete Inventory Management is on, set up suppliers, purchase bills, materials, and a recipe. Each lesson links to the other four.

When you are all set with Complete Inventory Management, follow these steps to set up your system.

Open Inventory, Purchase, Suppliers, or Gross Profit in the side menu. The four lessons are suppliers, purchases, materials, and creating a recipe.

1. Suppliers

Save who you buy from. How to work on suppliers.

2. Purchases

Receive a bill. How to work on purchases. The bill picks a supplier from How to work on suppliers.

3. Materials

Track what is on hand. How to work on materials. Quantity from a bill lands here. An adjustment is a count or waste, recorded on Inventory.

4. Creating a recipe

Record the materials a dish, its add-ons, and takeaway packaging use. Creating a recipe.

A completed order saves a material cost when a recipe is in place for that line: the item, variant, sub-variant, add-on, or takeaway packaging. Gross Profit uses the cost saved then. The rate comes from How to work on purchases.
